[meta] How to discuss about this site?

We may have suggestions, feeature requests, bug reports, ideas or announcements. How do we talk about this here?

A suggestion:

  • keep discussions here onsite, so we can use voting for decisions
  • mark it with the meta tag so we can filter, search or exclude
  • add [meta] to the subject / title to easily know at first sight what it is
  • make the post "Community wiki" so it doesn't collect reputation points by votes

Here as well as on [meta] posts, comments are welcome but especially answers, so we can vote and comment on it to get a feeling what the community desires.
